Role Summary

The Gold Group is seeking a skilled Delay Expert for Construction Projects to join our team. As a Forensic Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing effective claims advice to clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide in-depth analysis of delay and disruption events to support client claims.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed delay impact analysis programmes and associated documentation.
  3. Analyze project schedules and programmes to identify potential delays and disruptions.
  4. Conduct forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation to ensure accuracy and validity.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of construction planning principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in Forensic Planning / Delay Analysis.
  • Familiarity with planning software tools Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project stakeholders and team members.
