Job Summary:
The Aqueous Manufacturing Team Lead will oversee a team of Production Technicians in the dispensary and venom manufacturing areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP) and company policies.
- Managing team performance, providing regular feedback, and developing training plans.
- Coordinating with Finance and Planning for annual stock checks and managing team absences.
- Improving safety, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
- Delivering on manufacturing and freeze dryer schedules, and managing dispensary and wasp manufacturing projects.
- Ensuring appropriate training for new operators and co-managing bi-annual shutdowns with Engineering.
Requirements:
- Scientific, Engineering, or Technical background with relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge of GMP and sterile manufacturing.
