Responsibilities:

  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Medication Management: Administer medication safely and effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Trauma Informed Care: Provide trauma-informed care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

What You'll Need:

  • Nursing Qualifications: Hold current nursing qualifications and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Leadership Experience: Possess leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and residents.

Estimated Salary: £32,500 - £42,000 per annum
