• Visual Excellence:
• Create visually appealing displays that showcase products in a creative and compelling way.
• Ensure all visual elements are up-to-date and aligned with company standards.
• Collaborate with the operations team to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Lead by example, prioritizing customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Customer Focus:
• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns.
• Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging team members to provide outstanding service.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, using insights to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Operational Excellence:
• Manage RFID processes, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stock loss.
• Capture all hours worked accurately, adhering to working time directive guidelines.
• Take ownership of cash and stock loss control, implementing measures to prevent losses.

Estimated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
