Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve high standards.
  • Assist residents with daily tasks such as personal care, dressing, washing, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need good communication skills, honesty, trustworthiness, patience, and respect. Ideally, candidates should have one year's care experience and hold an NVQ level 2 qualification; however, comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to ensure career development.

Benefits:
  • Salary: £19,500 - £20,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
