Coventry Key Stage 2 Support Worker

Long Term Futures Ltd is currently seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our partner primary school in Coventry, focusing on Key Stage 2 pupils with Special Educational Needs.
The ideal candidate will have a day rate of £96-£111, working Monday to Friday (Term Time Only). This long-term contract offers the possibility of permanency, starting in January.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide academic and emotional support to students, promoting their overall well-being and helping them reach their full potential. Key responsibilities include assisting teachers in the classroom, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe learning environment.
To succeed in this position, you should have relevant experience working with SEN pupils, preferably in a primary school setting. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
