About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You will work closely with our clients to develop personalized care plans and ensure their safety and well-being.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide high-quality care services to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Manage client medication and administer medications as required
  • Support clients with household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A compassionate and caring approach to client care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of care principles and practices (training provided)
