Cover Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to work as a cover supervisor in secondary classrooms across Worksop and the surrounding areas.
About the RoleAs a cover supervisor, you will be responsible for managing behaviour and ensuring that pupils remain on task and complete their work when a teacher is absent. You will not be responsible for planning or assessing lessons, but will work closely with teachers to ensure a smooth learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities- Manage behaviour and ensure student engagement in lessons
- Work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Provide cover for absent teachers on a flexible and day-to-day basis
- Travel to different schools and locations across Worksop and the surrounding areas
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children or teenagers in an educational setting
- Self-motivation and reliability
- Flexibility to travel and work varied hours
- An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one
- A degree-level qualification in any subject area
