About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate to join our Client Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional service to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a network of experts to deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and experts.

Requirements
  • Strong academic credentials, including a 2:1 undergraduate degree or above.
  • Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
  • Relevant internship experience.
  • Fluent English and Spanish or C2 level, with experience living or working in continental Europe desired.

  • Total first-year compensation ranging from £47-56k, consisting of annual base salary and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.
