About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Nurse to join our team at Innovate Care Group. As a Complex Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to clients, following local and government policies and procedures.
  • Assess clients' needs and ensure that care is tailored to their individual requirements.
  • Contribute to a regional or local on-call rota and cover for colleagues in emergency situations.
  • Have a strong understanding of electronic care systems.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC Nursing PIN.
  • Experience in tracheostomy care and suctioning (ideally).
