Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Team Leader to oversee the capacity and scheduling function at Octopus Energy Group. This role involves leading a team of Smart Tech Specialists who work closely with sales experts, field engineers, and surveyors to manage the installation of Low Carbon Technologies nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Smart Tech Specialists to ensure successful project execution.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve capacity and scheduling efficiency.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in management and leadership roles, preferably in capacity management, planning/dispatch/scheduling operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude for analyzing complex data and developing insights to inform business decisions.
  • High level of autonomy and self-motivation to drive results-oriented outcomes.
