">We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver high-quality support services for children with special educational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored support plans for each child.
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure that the child's individual needs are met.
- Use evidence-based practices to promote the child's academic and social development.
- Maintain accurate records and report regularly on the child's progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with Autism or other special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
