About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursery Director to join our team at Blom and Blom, a reputable private children's day nursery in Southampton.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursery management, with a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role. A sound understanding of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework is essential for this position.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of care and education.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for the successful candidate.
