About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient-focused pharmaceutical care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a pharmacist, you will work closely with the clinical pharmacy team and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and timely supply of pharmaceutical advice and medication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient-focused pharmaceutical care
  • Work closely with the clinical pharmacy team and multidisciplinary teams

  • Participate in education and training activities
  • Contribute to the general working of the pharmacy department
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Masters of Pharmacy Degree
  • Registered member of General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Independent Prescribing qualification or willingness to complete within a reasonable timescale
  • Ability to work under pressure and plan, prioritise and organise workload
  • Experience in patient information/education
  • Ability to effectively monitor patients' therapeutic regimens
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
