Skincare Therapist

This dynamic role as an Aesthetician at Atlantic Coast Athletic Clubs, LP offers the perfect blend of creativity, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for designing and delivering bespoke skincare programs that cater to our members' diverse needs.

Your key responsibilities will include performing advanced skincare treatments, conducting in-depth consultations, and providing expert advice on product usage and routine maintenance.

• Develop and implement customized skincare plans, incorporating various modalities and techniques.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and innovative products, sharing knowledge with colleagues and peers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, services provided, and product usage.

• Valid state esthetician license is mandatory.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in the beauty or wellness sector.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Able to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
