We are looking for a talented UK Corporate Associate Director to join our Public Sector Coverage team at Barclays. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improving client relationships. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert industry insight to deliver tailored financial solutions.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess strong commercial acumen, including risk management skills. You should also have experience in client portfolio management, business development and acquiring new customers. Additionally, you'll be able to assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships and implement measures to minimize potential losses.

The successful candidate will be expected to advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. They will set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraise performance relative to objectives and determine reward outcomes.
