German Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the market.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth and revenue expansion in the German-speaking region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target market
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify potential customers and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our software solutions
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS-based technology solution provider
• Fluency in English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of sales technology, including Salesforce.com
• Proven track record of success in B2B phone sales and lead nurturing
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
