Senior Site Manager

As a Senior Site Manager at Randstad, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance on site, coordinating labour and resources, and managing material levels to minimize stock. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality and undertaking company-directed quality control procedures and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance on site
- Coordinate labour and resources on site
- Manage material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock
- Ensure that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality
- Undertake company-directed quality control procedures and inspections
- Monitor and control the cost of production
- Initiate and attend plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector
- Carry out toolbox talks or similar on-site briefings
- Liaise proactively with other internal departments, external suppliers, and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved
- Deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certificate
- BTEC diploma in Building Construction or NVQ Level 3 or 4 or similar
- Minimum 5 years as a Site Manager
- Proven track record of motivating staff and managing a site effectively
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy
