Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives
  • Support the clinical team in delivering NHS and private objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage the practice's profit and loss, identifying opportunities for growth and cost savings
  • Review business reports to ensure efficient and profitable practice operations
  • Supervise banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management
  • Ensure practice compliance with health and safety requirements

Requirements

  • Dental practice management experience
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Prior experience of managing business performance, working to KPIs and targets, and managing profit and loss
  • Hold CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness to complete necessary requirements
