Humane Animal Handler

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Humane Animal Handler to join our team in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling stray dogs, providing care and support, and working collaboratively with local councils and veterinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle stray dogs with care and compassion
• Transport dogs to kennel facilities or reunite them with their owners
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• A full UK manual driving licence with 3+ years driving experience
• Experience working with animals, preferably dogs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and shifts
