About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our client's growing Nursing team at Willing Care. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to the NMC code of professional conduct and ensure compliance with relevant hospital policies.
  • Contribute to pre-admission assessments and comprehensive assessments of patients on admission.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and review patient plans, ensuring evidence-based practice and effective medication management.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for junior staff, promoting good practice and supporting their professional development.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD)
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Clear DBS
