Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Chef to join our kitchen team at Marston's. As a Line Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team and contributing to the success of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality food to meet customer expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Support the development of new menu items and contribute to menu planning.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets.
