About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Newtownabbey, County Antrim. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the store team and driving business results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Manage store inventory, including stock levels and replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and inventory control
