We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relief Operations Chef to join our team. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchens, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and leading a team of chefs and support staff.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a senior chef or management role, preferably in the contract catering industry;
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  3. A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to maintain high standards of compliance;
  4. Experience with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, with the ability to develop and implement new ideas and concepts;
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for career progression.
