ECC Group is recruiting a highly skilled Survey and Installation Engineer to support their project delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of civil engineering principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop your technical expertise.

You will be part of a collaborative team that delivers high-quality results across various sectors. ECC's expertise spans engineering, architecture, surveying, and energy consultation, providing a comprehensive service to their clients.

  1. Set up and coordinate site installations from engineers' drawings, site surveys, and as-built drawings
  2. Verify plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and completeness
  3. Liaise with clients, team members, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  4. Provide regular project updates and status reports to Senior Management
  5. Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders
  6. Ensure all works meet the highest quality and safety standards
  7. Monitor and maintain accurate site records

Key Skills and Attributes:

  1. Civil Engineering degree or related discipline
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in survey and installation or as a site engineer
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in GPS, robotic total station, and levelling equipment; exposure to 3D laser scanning is beneficial
  5. Working knowledge of Autocad, Revit, Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
  6. Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
