We are recruiting for a highly motivated and empathetic Emotional Literacy Support Assistant to join our team in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will work closely with students to support their emotional development and provide tailored interventions for children facing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children thrive emotionally and socially.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and emotional literacy, as well as experience working with children in a school setting. You will work collaboratively with parents, carers, and outside agencies to deliver the best possible outcomes for students. Your duties will include providing emotional and social support to individual students or small groups, helping them build self-esteem, manage emotions, and develop essential social skills.
