Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals for residents and staff, ensuring a varied and nutritious diet.
  • Cater for cultural preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Order supplies within the catering budget and company policy guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate catering records in accordance with HACCP.
  • Participate in inspections by Environmental Health and/or care regulators.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene within the kitchen.
