Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of House Managers, Estate Managers, and Concierges to achieve service excellence and drive a customer-focused culture.
- Service Delivery: Drive a customer-focused culture, ensuring high standards of property management and maintenance, and building strong relationships with residents to create active, inclusive, and engaging communities.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, property regulations, and care quality standards, and collaborate with key teams to meet performance KPIs and resolve complaints.
- Business Development: Collaborate with key teams to improve service delivery, identify areas for growth, and develop strategies to enhance our services and offerings.
Requirements:
- Operational Management Experience: Proven experience in operational management in a customer-focused environment, such as retirement living, property management, hospitality, or similar sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote and hybrid teams, and a track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing budgets.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of relevant legislation, health and safety, and care quality standards, and a proactive, problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills.
