Development and Growth Officer

We are looking for a skilled Development and Growth Officer to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.
Key Duties:- Support the head of Development in administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and records are up-to-date.
- Process purchase orders and address any related queries efficiently.
- Coordinate regular cashflow meetings to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for monthly meetings to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Draft press articles for review and approval.
- Manage social media platforms and distribute press releases effectively.
- Arrange contract signings and maintain a contract register.
- Analyse defect queries and produce scheme outturn reports.
- Provide support during audits to guarantee compliance.
- Experience working within a development department.
- Knowledge of financial systems is essential.
- A basic understanding of Proval or similar software is required.
- Intermediate technical knowledge of building would be advantageous.
The estimated salary range for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
