PPM Engineer Opportunity at The Landmark London Hotel

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPM Engineer to join our Engineering team on a permanent basis. As a PPM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical systems, providing exceptional service to our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance of Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment installed in guest rooms, including cleaning and exchanging filter media, cleaning evaporation coils, and lubricating motor bearings.
  • Identify and report/repair any other defects spotted whilst on duty, and carry out any maintenance in the domestic water and waste water systems.
  • Maintain records of all Plant Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work and Performance tests carried in all guest rooms.
  • Take ownership in keeping all working areas safe and tidy, creating a safe working environment.
  • Record and maintain own stock of necessary spares to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.
