Internal Sales Coordinator

**About the Role**
Alma Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing sales orders, upselling, and building strong relationships with customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage sales orders from initial enquiry to delivery of goods, ensuring smooth running and timely completion
- Work closely with production to identify new opportunities and optimize sales processes
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Manage own accounts and build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and promotional offers
- Use CRM system and other internal databases to track sales performance and customer interactions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to win new business
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
**Requirements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and CRM systems
- Ability to work to KPIs and targets, with a focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction
