**About the Role**

Alma Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing sales orders, upselling, and building strong relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Handle incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage sales orders from initial enquiry to delivery of goods, ensuring smooth running and timely completion
  • Work closely with production to identify new opportunities and optimize sales processes
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Manage own accounts and build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and promotional offers
  • Use CRM system and other internal databases to track sales performance and customer interactions
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to win new business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and CRM systems
  • Ability to work to KPIs and targets, with a focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction
