We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Safety Assessor to join our team at RPS Group. As a Nuclear Safety Assessor, you will be responsible for working on safety projects across the UK, preparing nuclear safety cases and supporting documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver fit-for-purpose safety documentation under the supervision of RPS Project Managers and clients.
- Liaise with engineering, plant operators, and other specialist safety disciplines to present coherent and comprehensive safety cases.
- Represent RPS Group, making a good impression to clients, potential clients, and peers.
- At least 2 years of experience in nuclear safety or other high-hazard industries.
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Control/Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent customer service manner with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility in approach to support effective delivery.
