About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Practitioner to join our team at Pertemps Kettering. As a key member of our core team, you will be responsible for advising, analysing, and implementing improvements in our manufacturing systems software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the installation and onboarding of systems and methodology for customers both remotely and on-site around the globe.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers enabling them to maximise the benefits of the software applications within their facilities.
  • Analyse and implement lean methodology within our team and customers processes.
  • Assist the sales and marketing teams, carry out demonstrations and work with potential new customers helping them to understand the benefits of the systems and how they would work in their specific business environments.
  • Proactively gather feedback and assess customer experiences with the systems.
  • Assist in the development of new requirements for the improvement and development of the systems with continuous improvement methodology.
  • Testing product improvements and changes prior to release.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in lean six sigma, ideally including the adoption and implementation of digital technologies for data management and analyses. You should be able and willing to travel overseas extensively and have a good understanding of customer service principles.
