We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our passionate team in Ryedale. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Encouraging socialisation and participation in community activities, promoting hobbies and interests.
  • Delivering individual support plans and working collaboratively with the team to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Providing physical support and assistance with life skills, such as shopping and money management.
