Cardiology Senior Fellow Position for Advanced Training

Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the inpatient and outpatient care of patients with heart failure. This post is suitable for someone who wishes to obtain advanced training in Cardiology.

Main duties of the job:

  • Assist in the provision of inpatient and outpatient care for heart failure patients
  • Take part in relevant outpatient clinics per week with appropriate consultant supervision and support
  • Contribute to looking after patients on the wards and seeing referrals

Alternatively, this time could be used for the development of an audit or research project.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain experience that will assist in furthering a career in heart failure, either towards a subsequent application for a consultant post in cardiology with special interests in heart failure or for applications for SpR training.

The salary for this position is estimated at £70,425 per annum.
