About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Needs Teacher to join our dynamic team at a large Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Manchester.

The successful candidate will be working with students at Key Stage 3/4 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Deliver Tailored Lessons: Create and deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique needs of students with ASD and complex needs.
  • Establish a Positive Learning Environment: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with Support Staff: Collaborate with support staff and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to education and support.
  • Monitor Student Progress: Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform teaching and support strategies.
