NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Domestic Department within NHS Grampian.

About the Role:

  • This is a 21-hour per week position, with working hours of Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 0900-1630.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Domestic Department, including responding to emails, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize excellent IT skills to maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other software applications.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
