Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Data entry and management
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail/emails and confidential documents
  • Utilizing Microsoft applications to complete tasks
  • Supporting the business plan and ensuring company objectives are met
Requirements
  • A good standard of written English
  • Previous experience in an administration role is preferable but not essential
  • Familiarity with standard office packages such as Word and Excel
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in data input and attention to detail
  • Be proactive and resilient, seeking to get things done and manage a variety of tasks
  • Effective time and resource management
  • Excellent customer service skills, actively seeking and responding to feedback
