Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant at Grandir UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of experienced practitioners, promoting learning and development.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff.
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and build strong relationships with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
