About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Performance Manager to join our team at Kier Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role within our Reactive Services team.
As a Field Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of team leaders and operatives within your region. You will work closely with our partners and other local delivery teams to ensure that activities are undertaken with a customer focus and efficiently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support team leaders and operatives to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Work closely with local authorities to ensure our work meets required specifications.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to share best practices and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in the water industry at a supervisory level.
- NRSWA ticket.
- Full driving license.
