We are seeking an exceptional Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our team at Clifton Park Hospital, where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our expert surgeons in theatre.

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong foundation in clinical competence, registered with the NMC/HCPC.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Detailed understanding of customer service principles, with a focus on delivering outstanding patient experiences.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, with experience in managing equipment and consumable requirements.
  • An advantage would be previous experience in orthopaedics, hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.

Competitive Salary:

£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
