We're seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to take charge of a charming, centuries-old pub nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside. As our ideal candidate, you'll be a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional food, drink, and service in a unique and historic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a vision for the pub's future, balancing creativity with commercial success
  • Lead a team to deliver outstanding service, making every guest feel like a local
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to design a menu that showcases local produce and seasonal dishes
  • Manage all aspects of the business, from staff training and development to overseeing financial performance
  • Create memorable experiences for guests, including events and activities that draw in locals and visitors alike
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a busy, high-profile pub, restaurant, or hospitality venue
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for local, seasonal produce and quality ales
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with local suppliers and the wider community
