Our Organisation

We strive to create networks for better access to help for men, boys, and non-binary individuals who have experienced any form of sexual violence. Our objective is to empower and support those affected by sexual violence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organisational strategy, operational plans, and performance targets.
  • Lead successful fundraising efforts, diversifying income streams and overseeing financial planning.
  • Maintain strong external relationships, representing the charity at forums and influencing policy.
  • Oversee high-quality service delivery while driving innovation to meet evolving needs.
  • Demonstrate strategic and operational planning expertise, including financial management.
  • Showcase strong experience in external representation and partnership building.
  • An ideal candidate would possess an understanding of the impacts of sexual violence on men, boys, and non-binary people, the barriers to support, and the impact on the wider community.Diversity and Inclusion
