About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Directory and Recognition Coordinator to join our team at Morgan Spencer Limited. This role involves working closely with the Business Development department to draft and edit directory submissions, organize and support on calls with partners, and research new directory opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Business Development team.
  • Draft and edit directory submissions, paying close attention to deadlines.
  • Organize and support on calls with partners to build partner relationships and provide best practice advice.
  • Research and evaluate new directory opportunities.
  • Create timelines and organize the deadline calendar for submissions.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in consulting, legal services, or journalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location and Salary
