Office Facilities Coordinator

About the Role
The Office Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of Head Office facilities, including the coordination of deliveries, meeting room management, and the provision of daily supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipt and distribution of daily post
- Organize hotel bookings for HQ visitors
- Manage meeting rooms, including preparation and clearing
- Arrange lunches for Head Office meetings and events
- Coordinate the provision of daily soup and sandwiches
- Monitor and maintain stationery stock levels
- Ensure photocopiers have sufficient stocks of copier paper
- Maintain kitchen areas, including coffee machines
- Liaise with Procurement to ensure cleaning materials and bathroom consumables are readily available
About You
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and be proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
