About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Children's Care Worker to join our team in Sutton Coldfield. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare and youth work, with experience in creating and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, as well as communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals involved in the young people's lives.
