**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our Infrastructure team at Sir Robert McAlpine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, works staff, and subcontractors to deliver projects to the highest possible standard of safety and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of engineers and works staff to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

**Requirements**

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams in a construction or infrastructure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Experience in delivering multi-million pound projects or projects in similarly regulated environments.
  • Reinforced concrete construction experience and knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
