As a leading contract catering company, bartlett mitchell seeks an experienced Sous Chef to drive culinary excellence in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and develop high-quality food within set time and financial targets.
- Take charge of kitchen management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead a team of skilled food professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Stay ahead of culinary trends, researching and implementing new ideas to enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu planning and food production strategies.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience and education in culinary arts, with certifications in Food Safety and Health and Safety.
- Strong knowledge of COSHH and HACCP protocols.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team, promoting a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a customer-focused approach.
