About the Role

As a Mid Level Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails. You will work closely with our client's team to implement new features and enhancements, ensuring that their applications are reliable, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement new features and enhancements
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges
  • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and ensure the reliability of applications through rigorous testing
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality
  • Work closely with team members, contribute to sprint planning, and provide insights during agile ceremonies
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Ruby on Rails and web development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
