Social Services Professional

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding team in Somerset. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with children and families, and will be passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable young people.
The ideal candidate will have a Social Work qualification, be registered with Social Work England, and have an Enhanced DBS. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.
The role will involve working with children and families to assess and address their needs, and to develop and implement plans to support their well-being. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals.
We offer a competitive rate of pay, £38 per hour, and a hybrid working schedule. We also provide a range of benefits, including weekly pay, an unlimited referrals incentive, and access to free e-learning training.
